Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Nexus Autonomy LLC (“Nexus Autonomy,” “we,” or “us”) is an authorized dealer and service coordinator for autonomous robotic systems. We are not the hardware manufacturer and do not perform hardware repair or unauthorized modification of any unit.

By purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Products, Pricing & Orders

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product specs, availability, and lead times are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing through our checkout provider.

For enterprise models such as the H1, the listed deposit reserves a build slot and locks the quoted retail price for the window stated at checkout. Remaining balance is invoiced separately and paid by wire transfer.

3. Remote Care Subscription

Remote Care is an optional monthly subscription at $99/month that covers remote diagnostics, software configuration assistance, and priority scheduling for support. It can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month.

Remote Care does not include hardware repair, replacement parts, on-site labor, or manufacturer warranty service.

4. Optional On-Site Visits

On-site visits are billed separately, starting at $999 per visit. Scope, travel, and per-diem costs are confirmed in writing before a visit is scheduled. On-site service is available in select regions only; we will tell you whether your location is currently serviceable before you commit.

On-site visits cover configuration, environment mapping, and operator training. They do not include hardware repair or component replacement.

5. Warranty Coordination Only

Nexus Autonomy is not a warranty provider. Manufacturer warranty terms apply to each unit as delivered. We assist customers with warranty coordination — filing claims, arranging return shipments, and following up with the manufacturer — but we do not extend, insure, or guarantee any manufacturer warranty.

Any modification, disassembly, or repair of a unit by anyone other than the manufacturer or a manufacturer-authorized technician may void the warranty and release Nexus Autonomy from further support obligations for that unit.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full policy. Reservation deposits may be non-refundable once manufacturing or build-slot allocation has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or downtime.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
