1. Delivery Regions
We ship autonomous robots to all 50 U.S. states via insured freight. White-glove delivery — unboxing, on-site configuration, environment mapping, and operator onboarding — is included with standard robot purchases nationwide.
Optional on-site service visits after installation are available in select regions only. Availability is confirmed in writing before scheduling.
2. Standard Robot Lead Times
In-stock models (R1, G1, B2) typically ship within 12–18 business days after order confirmation. Lead times depend on manufacturer availability, freight scheduling, and destination.
3. Enterprise Lead Times (H1)
The H1 requires a reservation deposit and has longer lead times, typically around 12 weeks from deposit to delivery. Exact timing is confirmed during the enterprise onboarding call after your deposit is received.
4. What's Included in White-Glove Delivery
Freight to your address, unboxing, on-site configuration, environment mapping, and hands-on operator onboarding by a certified technician. Site prep instructions are provided in advance so the technician can complete setup in a single visit.
5. Inspection & Acceptance
Inspect the unit at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for warranty replacement or repair.
6. No Hardware Repair or Modification
Nexus Autonomy does not perform hardware repair or unauthorized modification. Warranty repairs are coordinated with the manufacturer; unauthorized modification may void the warranty.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer, weather, freight carriers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We communicate known delays promptly.
