For Remote Care and on-site visits, we also log support tickets, diagnostic sessions, and scheduling notes.

We use your information to process orders, arrange white-glove delivery and installation, provide Remote Care and on-site service, coordinate warranty claims with manufacturers, and communicate about your purchase. With your consent, we may send occasional product updates.

We share information only with providers needed to run our business: our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider (Resend), freight and installation partners, the robot manufacturer for warranty coordination, and analytics services. We do not sell personal information.
