Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Deposits (H1 and other enterprise units)

Reservation deposits are non-refundable once paid. The deposit reserves a manufacturer build slot and covers the operational work we do to coordinate your order — sourcing, serialization, and delivery planning — which starts the moment your deposit is received.

If we cannot ultimately fulfill your reservation for reasons within our control, we will refund the deposit in full or, at your option, apply it as a credit toward a future order.

2. Full-Payment Robot Orders (R1, G1, B2)

Full-payment orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the unit ships. After shipment, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the unit is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.

3. Remote Care Subscription ($99/month)

Remote Care can be cancelled at any time from your account or by request. Cancellation stops future billing. Charges already billed for the current month are not refunded, and Remote Care remains active through the end of that billing period.

4. On-Site Visits (from $999)

On-site visits are quoted and scoped in writing before scheduling. If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled visit, you receive a full refund. Within 7 days, we retain up to 50% to cover travel booking and technician commitment. No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Warranty vs Refund

Warranty claims (defect, transit damage, or manufacturer defect discovered after use) are handled separately under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Nexus Autonomy coordinates warranty claims but does not itself repair, replace, or insure hardware.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Card refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Wire-transfer refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving correct banking details.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, use our Contact page and include your order or session reference. We respond within 4 business hours.
